About the role:

We are looking for a strong Key Account Management professional to join our Sales team based in Budapest, Hungary.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring profitable and sustainable business operations within the Small Domestic Appliances category, fully aligned with the company’s annual targets.

What you’ll do:

  • Actively driving daily sales and business operations with partners

  • Defining, coordinating, and supporting advertising and promotional activities

  • Preparing detailed monthly and quarterly targets, monitoring results, and implementing corrective actions when necessary

  • Monitoring partners’ profitability (by product category and model level) and initiating improvement actions when needed

  • Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability

  • Monitoring display share for each key account and securing proper product presence at both offline and online points of sale

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints, coordinating internal and external follow‑up actions

  • Providing feedback on market conditions and competitor activities to support timely and effective organizational responses

  • Actively participating in the annual budgeting process

  • Assisting with annual contract negotiations to optimize long-term value creation

  • Communicating results clearly, identifying development opportunities as well as potential risks and obstacles

  • Driving digital transformation wherever it is relevant for the accounts.

  • Capable of creating and executing short- and mid‑term business plans, supported by strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Education and Experience:

  • College or university degree

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager in sales/account management, preferably in the home appliances market

  • Cross-functional experience in a sales environment (Product Line, Product Marketing) is an advantage

  • Solid knowledge of the home appliances market (electric retail, offline/online)

  • Good understanding of e-commerce fundamentals

  • Strong understanding of finance and revenue management

  • Native Hungarian speaker with fluent English skills (written and spoken)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Category B driver’s license
