Job Description:
1. Job Purpose:
- Promote Huntsman TPU products in China to selected key accounts within strategic market segments, with the objective of driving sales growth and achieving agreed targets.
- Develop and manage key accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through comprehensive service, technical support, and joint development initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence, contribute to the establishment or adjustment of strategic directions, and execute corresponding strategies.
2. Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure all business activities comply with Company policies, EHS standards, and local regulations.
- Deliver agreed sales targets (volume and CM) for assigned segments and products, increasing Huntsman’s market share and presence in target markets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets and customers.
- Evaluate competitive landscape and emerging technologies
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of key customers’ businesses and build strong, long-term multi-level relationships within the account.
- Develop business opportunities within key accounts and strengthen existing market positions; plan and execute key account strategies and priority initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscapes; collect reliable market intelligence and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to maintain and grow global account business.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally (TS, R&D, QC, Operations) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Make pricing decisions according to company pricing policy and authority limits.
- Propose and execute account plans and sales forecasts.
- Manage account receivables and debtors to achieve zero bad debt.

- Proven effective judgement and reasoning. Proven track record of sales achievements and critically in developing new business and selling value-based solutions.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and coordination skills; marketing and trading knowledge; proficiency in MS Office; strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
