We are seeking a high-impact Sales & Business Development Leader to take ownership of market growth, build executive partnerships, and drive long-term value across the mining and mineral processing sector.
This is not a maintenance role; this is a true market-shaping opportunity.
You will act as the face of FLSmidth in Uzbekistan, leading commercial strategy, influencing major mining customers, and positioning FLSmidth as the partner of choice for productivity, reliability, and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Uzbekistan
Identify, penetrate, and convert new mining customers while expanding existing partnerships
Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers
Own and deliver the sales pipeline, growth targets, and commercial outcomes
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across capital equipment, aftermarket, and service solutions
Provide market intelligence, competitive insight, and strategic direction
Represent FLSmidth locally and collaborate closely with global product, service, and technical teams
Proven success in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial B2B sales
Strong network and market knowledge within Uzbekistan or Central Asia mining sector
Track record winning complex, high-value technical sales opportunities
Ability to operate independently while influencing global stakeholders
Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation capability
Fluency in English and Russian or Uzbek
Own and lead growth in a strategic mining market
High visibility role with direct impact on regional success
Work with one of the most respected global OEMs in mining
