About The Role

Overall responsibility and management for Boldyn’s key strategic Mobile Network Operator relationships and contracts. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management and solution-based selling. The role will require a dynamic and independent approach with the ability to work well across a matrix team. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead all commercial engagement behalf of Boldyn Networks as we execute and manage our commitments to deliver the Telecommunication Commercialisation Project (TCP) on behalf of our Mobile Network Operators customers.  

  • Act as a primary customer interface and escalation point across delivery, engineering and operations teams.  
  • Responsible for development and management of new and existing business and executive customer relationships 
  • Development of Strategic Account plans that lead to the expansion and growth of new business.  
  • Work effectively with various cross functional partners in engineering, finance, marketing and delivery to ensure customer expectations are met in the delivery of a high-quality network.  
  • Represent Boldyn Network UK’s products and services with confidence and credibility. 
  • Evaluate viability and suitability of opportunities e.g. competitive advantage, risks, profitability and other commercial aspects. 
  • Scope, deliver and follow up on high level sales meetings and/or value add workshops to align our value proposition and drive development of new business opportunities. 
  • Ensure all Salesforce activities and pipeline are up to date to secure continuity for product development and resource planning  
  • Drive consistency and process around the sales discipline, operational processes and service delivery.   
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques 
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. 
  • Embed a Customer First ethos which focuses on a mutually beneficial outcome for Boldyn Networks and our MNO partners 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in telecommunications, a good technical background and awareness of how to translate a technical landscape and customer requirements into reality
  • Technical or project infrastructure experience with Mobile Network Operators, systems integrations or similar experiences selling DAS, Wi-Fi, Fibre or other related connectivity solutions
  • Proven experience of business development activity to achieve revenue targets and budgets and drive opportunities through to completion
  • Experience working with engineering and project management processes, costs and typical pricing models
  • Experience in strategic sales methodologies and techniques, bid writing, negotiating skills structured sales processes and formal RFP processes.
  • Lead long term partnerships and customer relationships through to a successful conclusion in a technical environment
  • Build long-term, quality customer relationships and navigate the negotiating cycle with maturity and a partnership ethos
  • Experience assessing complex stakeholder relationships with the ability to present effectively and build relationships with C-Suite and Board level stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong commercial contractual experience (negotiate contracts), financial management skills, financial / economic modelling understanding (can read and translate financial models)
  • Innovative, resilient, driven and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively across a matrix team
  • Experience in 5G Neutral Host, Smart City, Transit Solutions and Private Networks
