An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Key Account Manager. Based in Victoria, and reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for driving direct sales and support of Cancer Diagnostic Products and automated workflow solutions into Key Accounts in the Anatomical Pathology Marketplace.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding current business accounts in Victoria & Tasmania as well as support our Key Account Manager for South Australia & West Australia
Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
Provide Applications Support to customers as needed
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Promote new and existing products and laboratory solutions to current and new customers
Demonstrate excellent business acumen and responsible for account management, sales presentations, conducting business reviews and CRM management.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors or University Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
Histotechnology laboratory experience in IHC & primary staining
Excellent communication and team working skills
An understanding of the diagnostic market
Business development or sales experience is an advantage
Knowledge of Genomics, particularly NGS is a plus.
