About the roleWe are searching for a new KAM team member to manage our beauty focused accounts within Dyson.
As a Key Account Manager within Dyson’s Germany Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profit, growth, and best-in-class execution across major retail accounts in Germany. This position provides the opportunity to shape the German market by delivering strategic, results-led initiatives while ensuring Dyson’s brand is flawlessly executed in-store and online. You will be:
Developing and implementing strategic annual account plans aligned with Dyson’s and retailer partners’ key objectives.
Delivering sales and gross margin targets through accurate forecasting and promotional planning.
Leading the execution of product launches and campaigns to achieve optimal results across German retail partners.
Achieving the highest standards of execution for the Dyson brand and categories, both online and in stores, in line with business strategy.
Managing retail media strategies and accelerating the ecommerce equation (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales) on retailer websites.
Collaborating with internal teams (retail activation, media, category management) to maximise ROI and shopper engagement.
Organising and delivering compelling business reviews and proposals to senior retail stakeholders.
Strengthening, and further develop existing customers and help us find new, strategically appropriate customers.
At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or key account management
Personality: Different, Authentic (self-motivated), Better (ambitious)
Working style: Ambitious and results-oriented, structured and creative, flexible and resilient
Experience in dealing with strategic customers
Experience in building networks
Strong communication skills at management level
Strong analytical skills and strong persuasiveness
Fluent written and spoken German and English skills are essential
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
