Om rollen 

En Key Account Manager er ansvarlig for å drive nasjonale kundeporteføljer med fullt ansvar for økonomiske resultater, levere salgs- og fortjenestemål samt øke markedsandeler. Som en del av en integrert omnichannel set-up vil rollen være ansvarlig for både apoteks- og dagligvarekunder. Rollefordeling mellom kanalene vil avhenge av dynamikken i markedet og strategiske prioriteringer. Du vil jobbe tett med Sales Force Lead og deres team for å utvikle og gjennomføre sterke kundeplaner og maksimere Haleons verdi og tilstedeværelse i markedet.

Rollen er en del av den norske kommersielle organisasjonen og rapporterer direkte til Country Manager for Norge. 

 

Ansvarsområder 

Gjennomføring av viktige kommersielle initiativ på tvers av salgskanaler:  

  • Solid gjennomføring og implementering av alle kommersielle strategier og prosesser i kommersiell syklus med et sterkt eksternt fokus.

  • Levere salgs- og profittmål samt markedsandelsvekst foran konkurranse.

  • G2N forbedring: Implementering av prisøkninger, ROI-optimalisering, rabatter, joint marketing, kategoriplaner, pris og sortiment.

  • Drive kundeforhandlinger og optimalisere investeringer for merkevarestrategi; Implementering av kampanjeaktivitetsplaner for å sikre vekst. 

  • Monitorere og evaluere kundeutvikling, markedsforhold og konkurranseaktiviteter. (Salgsdata som Nielsen og Farmastat, POS-data, interne økonomiske rapporter). 

  • Evne til å forstå kundens og kanalens krav og matche disse med Haleons strategi.

  • Sikre implementering av merkevareplaner, kategoriprosjekt, kommunikasjonsplan og lansering av nye produkter. 

  • Gjennomføre vår digitale strategi i samarbeid med Nordic ComEx-team. 

  • Ansvarlig for å initiere og følge opp produktinformasjonsprosessen for respektive kunder.

  • Kontinuerlig jobbe for å forbedre våre arbeidsmetoder fra en bransjeledende posisjon. 

 

Nøkkelkvalifikasjoner og ferdigheter 

 

Essensielt 

  • Erfaring fra salg/key account management, og kan vise til sterke prestasjoner og resultater. 

  • Erfaring fra apotekskanalen. 

  • Demonstrert, solid kommersielt tankesett med vekst i fokus. 

  • Analytisk og tallorientert, proaktiv når det gjelder å finne nye måter å engasjere og vokse med kundene våre. 

  • Forretningsorientert, utnytter salgsdata fullt ut (Nielsen, Farmastat, PowerBI).  

  • Svært god formidlingsevne, sterk i historiefortelling og effektiv kommunikasjon.

  • Flytende norsk og engelsk.  

 

Foretrukket: 

  • Universitetsgrad (bachelor eller master) i økonomi, markedsføring eller bedriftsledelse. 

  • Erfaring fra RX-virksomhet og helsepersonell (HCPs)
