The Role

Description

We are seeking a Corporate Key Account Manager to manage and enhance our engagement with major clients in the European financial services sector. This role is essential for driving account growth, implementing solution-focused sales strategies, and fostering strategic client relationships within the financial industry.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in identifying client challenges, suggesting innovative IT solutions, and ensuring that our services provide measurable value to the client's business operations. A deep understanding of IT systems, organizational workflows, and the dynamics of the financial industry will be vital for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Solution Discovery & Problem-Solving – Analyze client needs, understand their IT and operational challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Account Growth – Develop and execute plans to expand engagement and identify new opportunities for value addition.
  • Solution Selling & Upselling – Present compelling proposals, upsell existing services, and secure additional business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Delivery Teams – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Industry Expertise & Insights – Leverage financial industry knowledge to advise clients on best practices and innovative IT solutions.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor key account metrics and provide regular progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting, financial services, or a comparable client-facing position.
  • Knowledge of IT & Business Workflows – Deep understanding of IT systems and processes, especially within large organizations.
  • Strategic Insight – Demonstrated capability to expand accounts through solution-focused strategies and long-term vision.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Proficient in engaging C-level executives, managing expectations, and clearly conveying complex solutions.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving – A proactive and methodical approach to identifying and resolving client issues.
  • Sales Orientation – Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and delivering value-oriented solutions.
  • Language Proficiency – Fluent in English (knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous).
