Job Description

The Role

This is a B2B sales role for an individual contributor. We need a candidate who can demonstrate a consultative selling approach, using insights and data to drive sales, and who excels in strategic sales planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of key accounts portfolio
  • Analyse the customer’s needs/challenges through data-driven methods and structured planning sessions, and then propose the most effective solutions
  • Find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services as complete sourcing solutions.
  • Develop and implement account plans to nurture positiver relationships and drive sales growth for each key customer.
  • Design engagements and build relationships with top management/ decision-makers of each key customer
  • Focus on ensuring customer success and value to drive business retention and expansion
  • Partner with colleagues from various departments to establish action plans or customer programs when necessary.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in a digital or e-commerce capacity
  • Possess a good business degree from a reputable college/university
  • Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level
  • Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision-makers
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers at all levels
  • Experience in developing new revenue streams
  • Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience
  • Ability to facilitate customer solutions workshops or similar sessions
  • Experience in simple program/ project management
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
