About You

As the Key Account Manager, you will manage and nurture Key Customers in Italy to grow and retain Kimberly-Clark Professional’s business (B2B) through utilization of end-user marketing insights and intimate knowledge of key end-users.

You will report to the Head of Key Accounts for Kimberly-Clark Professional and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: we can offer a remote model for candidates already based in Italy.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Grow existing Business with End-User Accounts by driving penetration across categories and identifying further opportunities to expand the account.

  • Maintain existing businesses with key End-User Accounts by: ​

    • Utilizing end-user marketing insights and prospects to generate opportunities.​

    • Engaging targeted end-user customers in regular contact to understand their business needs and identify buying behavior and value drivers, in order to best position current and new products and solutions.​

  • Collaborate with Development Account Managers and Channel partners to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end customers while at the same tame driving penetration.​

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the customer's performance and initiate action based on the monthly performance monitoring to ensure tactical plans are impacting sales results​.

  • Build a strong network of relationships within customer accounts (e.g., General Manager, Environment Health & Safety, Operations) to influence decisions at various levels of the customer organizations. ​

  • Embraces digital technology (video, social media, e-Commerce) to identify leads and business opportunities. ​

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Education: Degree level

  • Previous professional experience in End-User facing Selling with Key Accounts

  • Functional Skills: Digital Selling, pricing strategy, campaign management, pipeline management.

  • Competencies: exceptional customer planning & strategy, in-depth proven negotiation experience, business acumen

  • Mindsets: Demonstrate agility adapting to new situations quickly, relationship oriented, resiliency, proactivity. Active learning and active listening.

  • Fluent in Italian and English
