THE TEAM

You’ll join a collaborative and commercially focused team committed to growing Ticketmaster’s presence across Finland. Working closely with the Sales Director and colleagues across the wider business, you’ll play an important role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships across the live entertainment industry and driving continued growth in the Finnish market.

The team combines local market knowledge with the scale, expertise and resources of Ticketmaster’s wider organisation, creating an environment where collaboration, initiative and a strong commercial mindset are key.

THE JOB

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business. This is a predominantly new business sales role focused on acquiring and winning new clients across Finland. The role focus on identifying, engaging and converting new event organisers, promoters, venues, sports organisations and entertainment partners to Ticketmaster.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through discovery, solution selling, negotiation and closing. Your success will be measured by new client acquisition, new revenue generation and market expansion.

You'll be expected to build a robust pipeline, consistently exceed sales targets and become the face of Ticketmaster to prospective clients across Finland.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting.

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events and outbound sales activity.

  • Identify and convert high-value prospects into long-term Ticketmaster clients.

  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract signature.

  • Consistently exceed monthly and annual new business targets.

  • Develop strategic account plans for target prospects.

  • Create compelling commercial proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close complex deals.

  • Build strong executive-level relationships with decision makers.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline in Salesforce.

  • Represent Ticketmaster at industry conferences, showcases and networking events.

  • Continuously identify new market opportunities and emerging event sectors.

  • Continuously update client information and activities in Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • At least 2 years of documented sales experience.

  • Documented good sales results.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and fluent in Finnish with strong English skills.
