Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Attend needed Internal Sales calls or meetings and actively participate.
- Ensure a steady corporate reporting system is followed at all times.
- Make recommendations towards facilitating a more sustainable progress within the set sales strategy in order to maximize coverage, sales and increase market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to wholesale customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues on a timely manner.
- Act proactively with high level of credibility and responsibility towards management reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns targeted at wholesale customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position products and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, customer service and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment, timely delivery, and accurate invoicing.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the wholesale customer base.

- The ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers in effective English language; verbal and written communication skills. Arabic language is an asset.
