Job Description

The Key Account Manager drives strategic business growth with key customers across the Nordics, owning complex power supply opportunities from early identification through project award and revenue realization.

  • Drive business development with strategic customers across the Nordics region
  • Identify, develop, and manage large projects (standard and customized power supply solution opportunities)
  • Own complex sales cycles from early opportunity scouting to project award and revenue realization
  • Coordinate technical and commercial activities with internal teams, including FAE and R&D
  • Build and execute account and project strategies aligned with regional and EMEA objectives
  • Develop and maintain a robust, qualified sales funnel with clear conversion plans
  • Promote the Delta Power Supply portfolio and enable cross-business growth opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with internal policies
  • Ensure accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and project tracking
  • Travel across the Nordics and internationally as required, minimum 40%

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in electronic components, preferably power supplies
  • Demonstrated experience managing large projects and customized solutions
  • Strong consultative and project-oriented sales capabilities
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to engage with engineering and decision-makers
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Fluent in English and Nordic language(s) are required
  • Background in industrial or medical power supplies are a strong advantage
