The eCommerce Key Account Manager for SharkNinja, will play an integral role in driving world class account management and retail eCommerce initiatives. They will do so by working closely with WFS partners and retailer merchants, as well as collaborating with SharkNinja corporate teams (sales planning, category planning & analysis, omni channel, supply chain, customer service and finance), with the ultimate goal of driving rapid eCommerce acceleration for the Walmart business.

 Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Demonstrate Best in Class account management, driving growth in Revenue and Net Margin to help us achieve and exceed our goals. Develop and execute a strategic plan to win for your business which includes driving market share growth for both the retailer and SharkNinja, with a clear path to goal achievement.
  • Owning the Walmart.com responsibilities including; inventory management, content initiatives, pricing strategies, customer profitability, and manage promotional spending within ROI goals.
  • Build and scale the SharkNinja Walmart “marketplace” strategy, inclusive of WFS management.
  • Critical decision making, based on financial analysis of multiple scenarios to drive profitable growth, often diving into the details and understanding what comprises & drives contribution margin $ and %.
  • Partner with both Shark and Ninja Sales Teams on overall account strategy and developing eComm growth plans that ensure both brands win share with Walmart.
  • Responsible for both execution and WM.com strategy building; mindful of key milestones and a demonstrated ability to create and adhere to a schedule to ensure success.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure we’re operationally and financially set up to optimize our business via WFS inputs.
  • Delivering flawless execution for SharkNinja and Walmart:
    • New Product Launches (online)
    • eComm execution – inventory, pricing, content, and strategies.
    • Timely response to retailer and internal partner requests
    • Leverage weekly and daily analytics to drive key decisions

 ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Intimate knowledge of how to drive sales within the retail eCommerce space. Preferred sales experience working with Walmart Inc. or national accounts and/or buying experience at a mass retailer. 
  • Experience managing 3P marketplace accounts a huge plus.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, complimented by effective oral and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Embodies SharkNinja success factors and constantly focused on driven progress vs. perfection.
  • Experience within durable goods, where winning during key moments is essential to success.
  • Ability to thrive in the SharkNinja fast-pace, “obsessed with winning”

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing retail eCommerce businesses - WFS and WM.com are pluses.
  • 2 years of experience in account management or as an associate merchant
  • 4 years of experience in one of the following:  sales, marketing, logistics, product management.
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Previous Walmart experience desirable
  • Retail Link experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 6 times per year to our Boston, MA headquarters and to offsite Walmart manager meetings  

*This role is based in our Rogers, AR office and is hybrid
