About the role:
This is a newly created role where, as National Key Account Manager for Small Domestic Appliances and Consumbles & Accessories in Spain.
You will be responsible for developing and executing an omnichannel growth strategy, with a strong focus on online channels while accelerating offline penetration in Spain.
You will own the commercial performance of these two high-potential categories, building long-term partnerships with key customers, driving profitable growth, and increasing market penetration across all channels.
This role requires a high level of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset to unlock the full potential of SDA and C&A, working closely with the Southern Europe Product organization and local sales teams.
You will report to the Head of Sales B2B Iberia.
Location
The role is based in Alcobendas Madrid. Travel is required to visit clients.
What you’ll do:
- Own and develop the omnichannel strategy for SDA and C&A, prioritizing online pure players and e-commerce platforms while building a structured offline growth roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end relationship with key customers, driving sustainable long-term growth beyond short-term results.
- Define and execute the commercial plan (pricing, promotions, terms and P&L), maximizing turnover and profitability across categories.
- Drive online excellence in collaboration with e-trade teams: assortment definition, content quality, visibility, campaigns and conversion optimization.
- Develop and implement joint business plans with key accounts, integrating SDA products with C&A to drive attachment rate and recurring revenue.
- Coordinate with the Southern Europe Product team, ensuring strong alignment on portfolio strategy, launches and category development.
- Work closely with the sales force to design and activate initiatives to increase penetration in offline channels.
- Identify growth opportunities in both categories, acting with strong ownership and initiative.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards (sell-in, sell-out, margin, attachment rate, traffic and conversion).
- Ensure operational excellence: availability, supply coordination and issue resolution.
Who you are:
- Solid experience in B2B Sales (previous experience in Small Domestic Appliances is a great plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, managing complex negotiations.
- Proven experience in e-commerce preferably Amazon and/or omnichannel environments.
- Strong understanding of digital levers and omnichannel dynamics.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and financial understanding ((P&L management, margin optimization, ROI tracking).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
