Aufgaben in dieser Rolle:

  • Deine Mission: Patienten helfen ein besseres Leben zu führen und somit den Erfolg der Specialty Business Unit auszubauen

  • Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung im Gebiet

  • Durch situationsgerechte Verkaufsgespräche im gesamten Gebiet unser Produkt in den spezialisierten Zentren und im niedergelassenen Bereich platzieren (Kliniken, Rheumatologen, Nephrologen)

  • Bedarfsorientiertes Key Account- und Gebietsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung interner Standards

  • Initiierung von Key-Account-Projekten gemeinsam mit den Kunden

  • Führung der Account-Temas mit aktiver Einbeziehung aller relevanten internen Schnittstellen (wie u.a. MSL, Marketing, Projektmanager, Regionalleiter, Kolleg*Innen anderer Vertriebslinien …)

  • Durchführung von Projektmanagement-Tätigkeiten (z.B. Betreuung und Vernetzung von Kliniken, Qualitätszirkeln, lokalen/regionalen Netzwerken, …)

  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen zur Fortbildung von Ärzten, Pflege- oder Praxispersonal inkl. eigener Tätigkeit als Referent oder Moderator

  • Nutzung aller möglichen Kanäle (neben klassischen Besuchen auch virtuelle Meetings, E-Mail, Telefon, Brief, …)

  • Kontinuierlicher Ausbau der persönlichen Fähigkeiten

  • Vorleben unserer GSK-Werte und aktives Mitprägen der GSK-Kultur

Qualifikationen/ Kenntnisse:

  • § 75 AMG oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Fachärzten

  • Erfahrung in der Klinikarbeit

  • Erfahrung in der Organisation von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen

  • Erfahrung als Referent oder Moderator z.B. bei der Durchführung Praxisschulungen (von Vorteil)

  • Erfahrung in seltenen Erkrankungen oder mit Biologika-Therapien (von Vorteil)

  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Rheumatologen (von Vorteil)

  • Kenntnisse in der Gesundheitspolitik (z.B. zu Abrechnungsmodalitäten in Klinik und Praxis, Prozessabläufen im KH, …)

  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektarbeit (z.B. Führen von Accountmeetings, Arbeiten mit Accountplänen, …)
