Role Overview
Key Account Manager – QSR (Holland) is responsible for leading Tyson Foods’ strategic and commercial relationships across a portfolio of key Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers in Europe. This role drives sustainable growth through strategic account leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivery of best‑in-class customer support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi‑year commercial strategies for major QSR accounts, across Europe , ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for customer stakeholders , developing strong relationships with both direct and indirect parties.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with procurement, culinary, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Lead pricing processes, negotiations, contracts, and promotional agreements.
- Manage the full P&L for assigned accounts , aligning with FP&A and Finance stakeholders
- Partner with R&D, demand planning and supply chain teams to deliver innovation pipelines as well as current range management.
- Monitor QSR industry dynamics and use data‑driven insights.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Work Experience:
- 5–8+ years of commercial or account management experience.
- Strong negotiation and financial acumen.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Experience with global QSR brands preferred.
- Protein (Meat/Chicken/Pork) experience is preferred.
Other:
- Must live in or near Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Fluency in English is a MUST, other European languages (Spanish, German, etc..) is a PLUS
