Job DescriptionRole Summary:
The Key Account Manager (PDT Public) is responsible for driving access, adoption, and growth of Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) and Rare Disease within government institutions, public healthcare systems, and strategic accounts. The role involves stakeholder engagement, account planning, tender management, demand generation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient access and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key public sector hospitals and institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, procurement teams, administrators, and government stakeholders.
- Drive tender planning, contract execution, and business growth across assigned public accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient access and optimize utilization of PDT products.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and healthcare policies impacting the public sector.
- Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to achieve account objectives.
- Deliver sales targets, forecasting accuracy, and account performance metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Hemophilia, Rare Disease, pharmaceutical/biologics sales, key account management, or institutional business.
- Strong understanding of public healthcare systems, tender processes, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to manage complex accounts and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
