About the Role
Lead the growth of Harman’s portfolio on Flipkart by driving platform-specific strategies, managing key customer relationships, and delivering profitable sales growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize business performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience managing large e-commerce accounts in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
What You Will Do
- Relationship management – Excellent relationship with platforms, sellers and internal stake holders. The incumbent should be willing to travel and must be having weekly face to face meetings with the customers
- Sales - Deliver sales target by executing platform level strategies and partnerships that can help in incremental growth with strong focus on margin
- Marketing - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sufficient visibility to our products and jointly participate in the marketing events conducted on the platform
- Operations – Closely work with Key Distributor (ND) and oversee and ensure partner POs are fulfilled as per stock availability
- Competition Tracking – Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behavior and market dynamics
What You Need to Be Successful
- Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit.
- Extensive experience in multiple market sales, required. Preferred industries; audio manufacturing/sales, consumer electronics, Key Account Management.
- Provides updated market feedback to the vertical market and target market specialists.
- Interfaces with sales, marketing and engineering to leverage their knowledge and efforts to maximize sales launches.

- MBA required.
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or E-Commerce.
- Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen.
