As a Key Account Manager, Marketplace, you will lead the overall partner relationship, account strategy, and commercial performance, driving profitable growth across sales, assortment, marketing, and financial results for ARKET. You will ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across marketplace channels, leveraging data-driven insights and strong partner collaboration to optimize performance. Acting as a cross-functional connector, you will align internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and long-term success.
- Partner Relationship Management – Act as the main spokesperson for the marketplace partner, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Sales & Performance Steering – Drive and maximize sales by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and acting on selling performance, customer data, and behavior.
- Strategic Account Growth – Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for profitable growth, setting clear short- and long-term objectives.
- P&L & Budget Ownership – Set, manage, and follow up on budgets and financial performance to ensure sustainable and profitable results.
- Assortment Optimization – Secure optimized buying and assortment decisions for the marketplace, considering shared stock and total assortment strategy.
- Merchandising Excellence – Optimize selling and stock levels through data-driven merchandising decisions that meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
- Marketing & Site Management – Set and execute the marketing plan and steer site operations, visual merchandising, and content to drive selling, brand presentation, and customer experience.
- Leadership & Team Development – Act as an informal leader for Supply Planner, providing coaching, support, and day-to-day collaboration.
