The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for the Medical Solutions Business you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
By playing an important role in accelerating our Medical Solutions Hospital Sales
You assume responsibility for all hospitals and hospital buying groups in Belgium
Building a network with existing and new customers, managing contracts and tenders, negotiations, and pricing with hospital procurement
You recognize market trends and apply this knowledge successfully for your customers.
Closely collaborating with your colleagues
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND commercial and negotiation experience with procurement in the Hospital segment in Belgium and/or track record in building value enhancing relationships with key accounts.
High level of communication and presentation skills
Experience with contracting, pricing and sales analytics
Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required
You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries
Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Medical knowledge is a significant advantage.
Goal oriented
MS office knowledge and database management
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 60% domestic
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
