In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the strategic development of our sales region.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive support and development of our existing key accounts within the Dining & Lifestyle segment in your assigned sales territory.
- With your digital mindset, you will holistically advise our customers along the entire customer journey – whether in brick-and-mortar retail or integrated e-commerce solutions.
- Together with our customers, you will maximize sales and identify new growth opportunities.
- Through potential analyses and the evaluation of dashboards and KPIs, you will actively contribute to the further development of the sales region.
- You will be an integral part of international and cross-divisional sales projects.
Your Profile:
For this key position, we are looking for a strategically thinking and implementation-driven individual who can elevate our most important customer relationships to a new level. The role requires not only excellent sales skills but also strategic foresight, leadership qualities in project contexts, and the ability to shape and expand complex business relationships.
- A degree in Business Administration
- Documented successes in developing and expanding major accounts, including revenue growth and profitability improvement
- In-depth understanding of digital sales channels, e-commerce strategies, and the optimization of the customer journey in a digital world
- Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory.
- Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
