This field-based role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering strong commercial performance across a defined geographical territory. As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of key accounts, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from new business acquisition to long-term account development and portfolio expansion across the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio. This role requires a consultative sales approach combined with strong business acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and expertise within the medical aesthetics / injectables sector. You will work closely with clinic owners, healthcare professionals, and senior decision-makers to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships aligned with Sinclair’s vision and values. The successful candidate will operate at a senior level, influencing commercial outcomes, supporting marketing execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales and account strategies. Key Responsibilities Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio to clinic/practice owners and qualified clinicians. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer growth and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, KOLs, procurement leads, and key decision-makers. Identify and unlock new business opportunities within both existing and target accounts. Lead account-level marketing planning and execution aligned with broader company objectives. Organize and support local activation campaigns, promotional initiatives, workshops, and events to maximize brand visibility and sales performance. Provide clinician training and educational workshops on the proper use of Sinclair products both within and outside the territory. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform commercial and marketing strategies. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to support profitability and long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by supporting practice development initiatives including patient acquisition, marketing activities, PR, front-desk conversion optimization, and customer retention strategies. Represent Sinclair at medical congresses, exhibitions, and industry events, maintaining a strong presence within the aesthetics community. Required Qualifications & Experience Essential 3–5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in Medical Aesthetics / Injectables. Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong experience in building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships. Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and commercial strategy within the aesthetics sector. Experience using CRM systems, account planning tools, and consultative sales methodologies. Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate independently and manage a territory effectively. Preferred Knowledge of P&L fundamentals. Experience in commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management. Established network and strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market in Italy. Previous experience supporting product launches, training, and educational initiatives within aesthetics.
