About the Role

Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and achieving assigned business objectives through effective account management and collaboration across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the partnership.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular business reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align account activities with company goals.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, such as sales targets and profit margins.

Qualifications

  • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering background.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (experience with key accounts is preferred).

English language competence – reading, writing, speaking, comprehension and communication. Driving license.
