Job DescriptionWhy we are hiring
As part of a team reorganization and a replacement, we are looking for a Key Account Manager dedicated to the HBAS market (Home & Building Automation Systems).
Your mission: strengthen existing customer relationships and drive revenue growth for the Willich site.
Your role
You will act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, combining account management and program coordination.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers in the HBAS segment,
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from purchasing teams to executive level,
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to increasing order intake,
- Anticipate customer needs and align internal teams accordingly,
- Negotiate customers' contracts with the support internal legal department,
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering),
- Support customer visits, audits and site tours,
- Contribute to account development strategies and sales funnel optimization.

Your team
You will report hierarchically to the Sales Director for the HBAS segment and administratively to the Willich site General Manager.
You will collaborate daily with Program Managers, Purchasing, Customer Service and technical teams.
The profile we are looking for
Must-have:
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally EMS or electronics,
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments,
- Ability to balance commercial, technical and operational topics,
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on business development,
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
Nice to have:
- Experience in program management,
- Knowledge of HBAS or similar markets.

- German and English (professional level)
