Job Title: Key Account Manager - Costco/Maxx, Mega & No Brand

Location: Seoul, South Korea
 

About the Role

Unilever Korea is looking for a driven and relationship‑focused Key Account Manager who will take ownership of major MT channels and accelerate growth for some of the most recognizable brands in the FMCG industry. If you excel in field execution, love building strong partnerships, and thrive in a fast‑paced commercial environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by managing and developing key MT accounts (Costco, Maxx, Mega)
  • Deliver in‑store excellence, including distribution, shelf visibility, and flawless promotion execution
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, category leads, and store managers
  • Monitor sales performance and provide data‑driven reporting and insights
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless operations
  • Analyze market trends & competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Key Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in field sales or key account management (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with basic analytical capability
  • Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and field execution
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing Costco, Hypermarkets, or Modern Trade (MT) channels
  • Strong in-store execution capability, especially promotions and visibility initiatives
  • Familiarity with FMCG operations, merchandising standards, and sell-out dynamics
