About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – AC Charging (KAM AC) Spain to drive growth in our AC charging portfolio. You will manage strategic accounts, expand existing relationships, and acquire new customers in sectors like utilities, real estate, hospitality, corporate fleets, and public sector.

What You’ll Do:

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic AC customers.
    • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
    • Build a pipeline through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
    • Lead negotiations, renewals, and upsells with key accounts.

    Requirements:

    • 5–8 years in B2B Key Account Management or new business sales, ideally in technical or renewable energy sectors.
    • Proven success in growing accounts and closing large deals.
    • Strong solution-selling and consultative sales skills.
    • Excellent at negotiation and stakeholder management.
    • Comfortable with long sales cycles and multi-site projects.
    • CRM-savvy and structured in account planning.
    • Spanish(native) and English Speaker.
