Own the Midwest territory by recruiting and managing channel partners, electrical distributors, VARs, and EV installers. Drive partner enablement, joint pipeline development, co-selling, negotiations, onboarding, and sales growth. Monitor regional EV infrastructure trends, utility incentives, and policies while collaborating with internal teams. The role is remote in the Midwest and requires travel to partner visits and industry events.

Support IT operations across office and factory environments, including device, application, connectivity, access, security, hardware, and software maintenance. Help identify business challenges and build, test, and improve AI, automation, API, and system-integration solutions using tools such as Python, JavaScript, Workato, Retool, NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud platforms. Document processes, automate recurring tasks, gather feedback, and support user adoption.

Optimize manufacturing workflows, improve production efficiency and quality, analyze process KPIs and downtime, implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives, develop tools and jigs, lead PFMEAs, and support the transfer of new products and engineering changes into production. The role also coordinates multidisciplinary teams, standardizes processes, creates documentation, and troubleshoots issues affecting factory quality and output.

Own CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and website conversion optimization. Develop segmentation, lead nurturing, email campaigns, automated workflows, lead scoring, and database activation programs. Manage CRM integrations and data quality, while optimizing WordPress pages, forms, calls to action, and landing pages for lead generation. Analyze funnel performance, run CRO and A/B testing initiatives, establish KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Design, Product, Creative, IT, and RevOps teams.

Own the full sales cycle to build Wallbox presence in new markets: map landscape, recruit channel partners, win direct corporate and public sector accounts, prospect and generate pipeline, and adapt go-to-market and marketing for local needs.

Oversee Wallbox’s global total rewards programs, including compensation structures, job architecture, equity plans, sales incentives, benefits, pay transparency, and workforce cost forecasting. Partner with Sales, Finance, and People teams to manage vendor relationships, annual merit cycles, market adjustments, compliance initiatives, and HRIS-based reporting across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads across B2C and B2B segments in the Italian market. Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels; perform discovery calls; assess customer needs and buying potential; maintain accurate CRM records; follow up promptly; and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives, distributors, and installers.

Manage month-end and year-end closing, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, audits, and internal controls. Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts, resolve accounting issues, improve processes, and support automation. Own accounting responsibilities end to end while collaborating with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely financial information.

Oversee Wallbox’s global compensation, benefits, equity, salary architecture, incentive plans, and pay transparency programs. Manage salary bands, job grading, equity plans, sales commissions, benefits vendors, workforce cost forecasting, merit cycles, and total rewards reporting across international regions. Partner with Finance, Sales, and People teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and equitable rewards programs.

The Key Account Manager will drive revenue growth by securing large-scale DC charging projects, engaging with C-level stakeholders and managing complex sales processes across different sectors.

Lead the global treasury function: develop funding strategies, manage cash and liquidity, oversee banking relationships, treasury operations, compliance, reporting, and treasury technology. Drive process improvement and automation, support financing needs, and recruit and develop a high-performing international treasury team while partnering with Finance and leadership.
