What you will do:

  • To develop new business opportunities in target segments.
  • To responsible for achieving overall business objectives with the customers in target segments.
  • To work closely with customers & partners to enhance and build strong and long-lasting relationships to drive target sales.
  • To lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution.
  • To conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspects.
  • To prepare proposals on commercial terms for products, in accordance with company policies.
  • To keep abreast of competition.
  • To execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction.
  • To follow up on customer issues, respond to customer orders and queries.
  • To inform current and prospective customers of promotions/ new products.
  • To ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • SPM holders with minimum 2 years sales experience OR Diploma/Degree holders with minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Has sales experience in FMCG or telecommunications industry
  • Has strong interest and passionate in sales line
  • Has the ability to work in a team and independently
  • Meticulous and able to deliver task or targets/KPIs within agreed time frame.
  • Has own transport and able to travel out of Klang Valley (if needed) for site visitation.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel

You will shine if:

  • Able to speak in Mandarin or other dialect due to our customer base
  • Data analysis and Microsoft Excel skill
