Job Description:
Offline Key Account Lead in Royal Canin Korea is responsible for driving sales and strategic growth across key accounts. This role involves leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to develop strong partnerships, enhance market share, and maximize revenue within the offline key account landscape. The position requires strategic planning, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure business objectives are met.
What are we looking for?A university degree or higher-level education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
7+ years of sales/key account experience, preferably in FMCG market
At least 3 years of experience in people management
Experience in developing and executing key accounts strategies
Develop and execute account strategies that align with overall business goals and drive sustainable growth
Identify new opportunities for business expansion within existing key accounts and potential new partnerships
Monitor sales performance, retail/category trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
Lead annual joint business plans, terms and conditions, promotions with major key accounts
Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance forecasting accuracy, trade efficiency, ROI optimization
Execution excellence to achieve a perfect retail experience and high-quality recommendations through partnerships
Lead and develop KAMs, ensuring they meet their targets and execute strategic initiatives effectively
Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
