What this role is all about
As a Key Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving Infobip’s sales success by qualifying leads, closing high-impact deals, and expanding client relationships within a designated team or squad. You will own the sales process for a targeted customer base, leverage specialized expertise, and deliver tailored solution proposals. Your expertise in consultative selling and your proven ability to influence key stakeholders will help you drive business growth and foster a collaborative team environment.
What you’ll do
- Qualify leads and drive them through to successful closure for Infobip’s product and service offerings
- Sell directly to assigned target accounts
- Engage product specialists and technical experts as needed to deliver impactful demos and address customer requirements
- Develop and present comprehensive solution proposals that meet diverse client needs
- Own the sales process, including forecasting, account strategy, and resource planning
- Participate in crafting and presenting compelling value propositions to clients
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to maximize client and company value
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients in collaboration with cross-functional teams
What makes you a strong fit
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in solution sales (SaaS sales background preferred in some scenarios)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrated through commission earnings
- Skilled at identifying and engaging key stakeholders within target accounts
- Strategic position focused on driving growth in the Telco and Wholesale
- Strong telco industry background, with proven experience in building relationships with telecom operators.
- Knowledge of Infobip’s portfolio and/or competitors in the market
- Ability to influence decision-makers at the C-level
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills, focused on building sustainable client relationships
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- Previous experience in SaaS, telecommunications, or IT industry
