JOB DESCRIPTIONKeppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
This role sits within the Shared Services Centre in IT team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in project management.
• Manage day to day projects requests and the operational aspects.
• Track the projects' tasks progress.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and project events.
• Provide regular updates on projects tasks.
• Create and maintain project documentations.
Learning Outcomes:
• Obtain experience in managing enterprise level projects.
• Opportunity to learn project management processes, project management tools, challenges in managing projects and how to overcome challenges for successful project execution.JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements:
• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in IT or Business or Project Management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS O365 tools.
