Purpose and Scope:
The KEE Solutions Specialist is a member of the Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) team within the Value Delivery organization. CEE supports capabilities across Value Delivery—including Commercial, Market Access, and Medical Affairs—while ensuring that the integrity and independence of Medical Affairs is maintained.

This role contributes to activities aligned with the Congress & Events Process and Operations Chapter. As a Chapter Member, the individual delivers daytoday tasks within their assigned Value Team, working on prioritized objectives and collaborating crossfunctionally to resolve business challenges.

The Chapter Lead supports the individual’s capability development through coaching and guidance within the Agile model.

  • Execute daytoday tasks aligned with the Value Teams mandate and business objectives.
  • Support the Value Team Lead in delivering strategic priorities.
  • Apply subjectmatter expertise to address specific business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to advance prioritized deliverables

Area specific Responsibility & Accountability

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the contracting and payment of HCPs and KEEs through key engagements at congresses, events and other interactions such as funding and grants.

Activities may include:

  • Participating in concept meetings as required.
  • Entering engagement details into Veeva Event Management (VEM).
  • Completing contract templates.
  • Raising POs and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Monitoring and responding to the central inbox.
  • Escalating issues appropriately.
  • Managing multiple events with tight deadlines.
  • Ensuring all documentation is uploaded correctly.
  • Booking HCP/KEE travel per compliance requirements.
  • Partnering with Enablement Leads and other teams.
  • Identifying support gaps and solutions.
  • Supporting improvement strategies.
  • Other such customer data/congress and event support activities necessary to successfully execute business requirements eg lead capture reconciliation.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to initiatives that improve team effectiveness and efficiency.

Engage in ongoing professional development supported by the Chapter Lead.
