The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. KAP equips associates with the tools, mindsets, and community to succeed as social entrepreneurs—individuals excited to find new and better ways to break barriers and eliminate injustice. Associates spend one day each week engaging in experiential learning with Stand Together Fellowships and work at one of our many partner organizations the rest of the week. Our curriculum is designed to supercharge your development and equip you for long-term success as you seek to have an impact on the problems that prevent people from realizing their potential.

About Principled Business

Principled Business is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization activating capitalists to advance the principles of capitalism. We believe capitalism is the greatest force for good, and that those within the system have a responsibility to live up to its promise.

We convene and equip investors, executives, and entrepreneurs to see themselves as moral agents whose work advances human dignity, agency, prosperity, and happiness. We then activate them as advocates and exemplars of free enterprise in their companies, communities, and the broader culture, strengthening public understanding and support for capitalism.

 Role Overview

Principled Business is seeking a full-time, remote Program Operations Associate to support the execution of our convenings, salons, trainings, cohorts, and program content.

This role works directly with and supports program leadership. The Associate will help translate program plans into well-coordinated execution, ensuring that logistics, communications, materials, and follow-through are handled with consistency and precision.

This is a high-execution role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.

  • Support planning and execution for virtual and in-person programs, including run-of-show documents, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications with speakers, facilitators, and participants.
  • Prepare and organize materials for sessions, including agendas, participant packets, links, and notes.

2) Participant Communications and Onboarding

  • Draft and refine participant communications, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding workflows such as registration, calendar coordination, Zoom links, and FAQs.
  • Ensure participants have clear, timely information and a smooth onboarding experience.

3) Program Content and Editorial Support

  • Proofread and lightly edit program curricula, handouts, and supporting resources.
  • Maintain an organized internal library of program assets, templates, and recordings.
  • Capture session notes and convert them into clear, usable internal documentation.

4) Participant Experience and Feedback

  • Build and send post-event surveys, track responses, and summarize key insights.
  • Support participant follow-ups and interviews, including scheduling, note-taking, and synthesis.
  • Maintain a running log of feedback, including themes, wins, pain points, and improvement areas.

5) Coordination, Tracking, and Systems

  • Maintain accurate rosters, attendance records, and basic program metrics.
  • Track action items and deadlines across program workstreams.
  • Produce lists, exports, and recap notes to support program management.

6) Program Marketing and Promotion Support

  • Draft and refine promotional copy for programs, including email invitations and short-form content.
  • Support outreach to targeted audiences and partners to drive attendance.
  • Coordinate simple asset needs such as speaker bios, session descriptions, and materials organization.
  • Track basic promotion performance and summarize results.
 Ideal Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
  • Clear writing ability with solid editorial instincts.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and process reliability.
