What you will do

What are we looking for
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean principles, particularly Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a Lean transformation initiative.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis.
