Kaizen Operator

Position Summary
Thales is looking for a Kaizen Operator who is primarily responsible of maintaining and improving the performance of personalization manufacturing process based on KPI ́s as OPE, OEE, Yield, MTBF, MTTR and Machine availability defined by the organization. Work with the Tech Support Team.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Stabilizing and improving the process and maintenance indicators such as OPE, CPK, SPC, YIELD, MTBF and Availability.
- Coordinating engineering and maintenance projects with the focus of reducing losses, increasing efficiency and productivity of cells.
- Work with teams focused on opportunities and process deviations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field of study; and / or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Maintenance or a related activities such as; electricity, electronic, mechanics, pneumatics or control, continuous improvement, statistical control and manufacturing process.
- Intermediate English proficiency, oral and written.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
