マネージングコンサルタント（コーポレートサステナビリティ・気候変動対応）

2021年よりKKRが筆頭株主となり、サステナブルファイナンス分野のソリューション開発が加速。またERMは昨年三井住友信託銀行と脱炭素化コンサルの合弁会社を設立し、脱炭素化の推進など企業の気候変動対策に関するサービスをスタートなどビックイベントが続いております。ERMでは現在、CSCC（Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change）アドバイザリー領域で事業を拡大中です。さらなる成長を目指し、戦略立案から実行支援までを担うマネージングコンサルタントを募集します。
主な業務内容
- プロジェクトマネジメント全般
- クライアントとの関係構築・維持
- 現地調査の企画・実施
- 成果物の作成・納品
- ジュニアスタッフの育成・指導
- セールス活動（提案書作成、セミナー運営、マーケティング）
応募要件（MUST）
- 企業のサステナビリティ／気候変動に関する戦略、マネジメント、事業開発、情報開示の実務経験
- 以下のいずれか、または複数の専門領域に関する知識・経験：
-サステナビリティ戦略
-SSBJ、CSRD、ISSB情報開示全般
-GHG排出量評価、削減ロードマップ
-マテリアリティ分析（GRI、SASB、TCFD）
-ESG格付け（CDP、SBT、各種格付機関）
-ライフサイクルアセスメント（LCA）、カーボンフットプリント
-カーボンオフセット／クレジット／トレーディング
-サーキュラーエコノミー - プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル相当（国籍不問ですが、クライアント日系企業とスムーズにコミュニケーションが取れること）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル程度の英語力が必要
- 学士号（関連分野の修士号取得者は尚可）

Managing Consultant – Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change (CSCC)

ERM is a global consulting firm specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) advisory. We support a diverse range of global clients—including financial institutions, institutional investors, funds, and international organizations—with strategic ESG and climate-related solutions.
Since 2021, with KKR as our majority shareholder, we have accelerated the development of sustainable finance solutions. In a major milestone last year, ERM established a joint venture with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank to provide decarbonization consulting services. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change (CSCC) advisory practice and are seeking a Managing Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sustainability and climate-related consulting projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Plan and conduct field assessments
- Deliver high-quality reports and presentations
- Mentor and guide junior consultants
- Support business development through proposal writing, seminars, and marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in corporate sustainability and climate change strategy, management, business development, or disclosure
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
-Sustainability strategy development
-ESG disclosure frameworks (SSBJ, CSRD, ISSB)
-GHG emissions assessment and reduction roadmaps
-Materiality assessments (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
-ESG ratings (CDP, SBTi, other rating agencies)
-Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), carbon footprint analysis
-Carbon offsetting, credits, and trading
-Circular economy initiatives - Proven project management experience
- Native-level Japanese (regardless of nationality) and business-level English
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in a relevant field preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a consulting firm
- People management experience
- Background in plant engineering or related fields is a plus, especially for projects involving decarbonization and equipment upgrades
