Junior Valuation Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Support team in developing our valuation desk and audit assist valuation function;
• Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews;
• Build financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiples, market transactions, warrants/ option pricing analyses, etc;
• Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using accepted and relevant approaches and theory;
• Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement;
• Report and present analyses and conclusions including written reports in English or French languages.

Your profile:

• Master degree in Economics, Finance or Management (5 years’ study);
• A first relevant experience in Valuation (could be an internship);
• Fluency in English (any other language is considered as an asset);
• Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibilities inside our team;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly;
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment;
