Job Description

BANKS COUNTERPARTY MANAGEMENT – MAIN TASKS

• Contract Management, Documentation & Maintenance of Contact Information
• Organization and administration of all agreements, contracts & records with our banking partners.
• Documentation of terms and conditions and fee structures.
• Accurate and orderly records of all transactions.
• Preparation of protocols and reports.
• Management and regular updating of a contact directory of our most important bank contacts.
• Ensuring that relationships with banking partners are smooth and efficient.

DOCUMENTATION TREASURY PROCESSES & DEVELOPMENT TRAINING MATERIALS

• Developing, preparing and regularly sharing training material with colleagues in the accounting and finance departments.
• Documentation of various treasury processes.
• Updating policies and guidance.

OPPORTUNITY FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE COMPANY

• Training for the backup role in the treasury front office.
• Training in cash management, foreign exchange transactions and investment decisions.
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day cash flow monitoring, executing payments and FX transactions, managing relationships with financial institutions and analyzing market trends.
• Use treasury management systems and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Initial relevant professional experience in finance or treasury is an advantage.

University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Fluent in German and English.

Excellent IT skills, especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

A highly structured and self-sufficient approach to work with the ability to excel in a high-demand environment.

Passion for working with numbers and data.

An analytical way of thinking with great attention to detail.

Self-confidence, proactivity and diplomacy with a strong preference for teamwork in an international environment.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
