As a Transfer Agency Investor on Boarding Representative, you’ll drive due diligence checks on all shareholder accounts within the department with the objective to achieve overall accuracy and high client satisfaction. To be successful, you’ll need to display a high degree of professionalism and integrity through your work. You will be responsible for the maintenance of accounts across the TA global registers and implement any changes including any systematic enhancements. The role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

On this position you will be responsible for:
- Review various static data updates instructions including banking details, distribution list updates and perform updates on the investor accounts in the core systems
- Review various account opening/reactivation instructions including application forms, banking details, distribution list and create registers with the full required technical setup in the core systems
- Establish solid contacts with all areas and all levels at clients’ organizations as well as inter departmental
- Process and validate all inquiries within agreed internal and external Service Level Agreement’s
- Keep Errors and Omissions at a strict minimum at all times and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis and have this proofed and suggest changes or amendments procedures and service standards, as identified
- Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives (attend to presentations from Supervisor/Manager, work sessions & personal effort-training)
