Join us as a Junior Transfer Agency Investor on Boarding Representative!

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Transfer Agency Senior Representative to join our Transfer Agency Team. In this role, you will be processing of Investors’ requests such as change of address, controllers, signers etc. join to the team supporting clients and investors across locations covering Europe, Americas, & Asia. As the team is responsible for conducting request linked with daily activities of Investor, the ability to work is very dynamic is required.

On this position you will be responsible for:

  • Processing various activities (i.e., updating address, controller, signers etc.)
  • Assessing documentation provided by investors
  • Conducting system updates
  • Operating within agreed business SLAs including acting under time pressure
  • Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders
  • Close cooperation with other teams across BBH offices
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all related tasks
  • Deliver high quality work with attention to detail
  • Comply with all the policies and procedures of the firm
  • Investigating queries, raising with relevant parties, and escalating when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/MS degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in AML/KYC area
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
  • Ability to multitask and to manage competing priorities given broad portfolio of clients
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and problem solving
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (at least B2 level)
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
