Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage high-quality talent across technical, functional, and corporate roles.
This role requires a proactive recruiter who is comfortable using advanced sourcing techniques, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Perform headhunting and talent mapping for critical and niche positions across AI, Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, ERP, SAP, Technology Consulting, Finance, and Corporate functions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market availability, and recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and manage interview processes between candidates and stakeholders.
- Prepare candidate summaries and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/ATS platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring
