This Position reports to:
Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day Talent Acquisition support activities for several assigned countries. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of these activities. You will also support the globally set standards for Talent Acquisition operations and ensure that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.
Each day, you will support various parts of the Talent Acquisition process as demand requires. This includes, but is not limited to: manual profile upload, interview scheduling, and other administrative tasks related to the talent acquisition process.
You will also showcase your skills by consistently delivering high-quality, timely support while upholding global standards and local compliance in Talent Acquisition operations.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Execute and deliver Talent Acquisition services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
- Deliver administrative tasks according to SLAs, in alignment with the TA team lead indications and in close collaboration with Talent Partners, for instance interview scheduling, candidate query management.
- Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption.
- Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where required.
Qualifications for the role:
- Experience of working in a target driven environment, in international corporation, where SLAs and KPI have been monitored
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or similar role within a client-facing environment.
- You communicate in Polish and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills, a Bachelor’s degree.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy across recruitment systems.
- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
- Business-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
