The role of the Survey Programmer is to flawlessly execute and deliver online market research surveys using Dynata proprietary software. In this position you will be given industry leading, hands on training and the skills to make decisions to do what is right for survey respondents and our clients. This position requires direct communication with clients, independent programming time as well as a team-based approach to operational procedures.
Please note that this opening is for hybrid and full-time role, 40 working hours a week, including day, night and weekend shifts.
Position Responsibility
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Manages all aspects of market research projects related to survey programming
- Programs online surveys with Dynata proprietary tool
- Delivers data
- Performs kick off calls directly with customers (when applicable)
- Manages translation imports
- Maintains and strengthens client relationships through exceptional service and consultation
- Interacts with and manages vendor relationships
- Responds to time sensitive client inquiries and resolves problems
- Able to deliver their own projects / long-term tasks without management follow-up
- Ensures a high quality of performance according to the contract with the respective client
- Manages project deadlines
- Presents and reports to Survey Programming Team Leader
- Maintains a positive working relationship with Customers, Peers, Sponsors, Employees, and Contractors
- Strictly follows all other internal rules, policies, standards, procedures

Technical skills
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
- Good understanding on web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) is a plus
- Experience in programming market research surveys is a plus
