WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As Junior Success Manager at ClickDimensions, you will be responsible for managing client accounts to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our products.  Your highly organized and detail oriented approach to work will build strong customer loyalty and drive business growth.  This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with regular in-office days at our Cork office.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring al information is accurate and up-to-date. 
  • Execute upon our account administration strategy that aligns with ClickDimensions' business objectives.
  • Serve as first line contact for clients, addressing or routing enquires to ensure prompt and efficient resolution. 
  • Collaborate with sales and success teams to ensure product and service adoption, and retention of customers.
  • Monitor customer health:  process customer renewals, identify and escalate at risk accounts, and identify and execute cross sell / upsell opportunities.
  • Accurately input and update client information in our systems.
  • Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure client needsa re met and services are delivered effectively. 
  • Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of ClickDimensions products and services. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer focused mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer success software and CRM platforms desired (e.g., Churnzero, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and a relentless focus on driving customer outcomes.

 LOCATION Hybrid – Cork Office
