Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare month-end journal entries and work papers for general ledger accounts.

Review and approve expense reports in compliance with company policies.

Process cash receipts and manage accounts payable invoices efficiently.

Handle accounts receivable transactions and assist with monthly analysis and collections.

Generate various ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as needed.

Assist with audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, emphasizing teamwork.

High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Strong commitment to confidentiality and a solid work ethic.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, challenging environment.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Workday is preferred
