Develop and scale AI-powered products, automations, CRM capabilities, and corporate intelligence solutions. Translate business needs into product requirements, manage use cases from ideation through deployment, improve Salesforce and data workflows, create executive insights, validate AI outputs, and support responsible AI governance, user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.

Owns portfolio-level financial analytics and recurring investor reporting, including financial models, cash flow analysis, performance variance reviews, covenant monitoring, due diligence responses, and executive reporting. Owns enterprise CRM reporting, Power BI dashboards, pipeline forecasting, ROI and attribution analysis, and executive insights. Integrates Salesforce, Workday, data-platform, and external data while maintaining quality controls, documentation, and business rules. Automates reporting workflows using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and Excel. Leads analytics workstreams from requirements through rollout, supports predictive and AI-assisted analysis, and communicates actionable findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

Analyzes receivable, loan, and lease portfolios for lender diligence engagements. Responsibilities include reconciling source systems and financial reports, testing customer files and controls, interviewing management about credit and servicing processes, and drafting lender-facing reports with findings and recommendations. The role develops expertise in asset-based lending, securitization, structured finance, and specialty finance collateral while supporting European and cross-border engagements.

Lead specialty finance diligence workstreams involving portfolio analysis, collateral testing, lender and servicer reporting validation, operational control assessments, file testing, and financial reconciliation. Prepare client-facing findings, exceptions, and recommendations for lenders, investors, and management. Manage borrower and lender interactions, information requests, engagement execution, and multiple competing priorities. Review analyst and associate work while supporting coaching and report drafting.

Lead client-facing turnaround and restructuring engagements: develop and implement operational and financial transformation plans, manage liquidity and bankruptcy processes, supervise teams, drive business development, and coordinate across Hilco Global’s platform to maximize value for clients and stakeholders.

Serve as strategic HR advisor for assigned UK employee group, partnering with leaders and COEs on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, learning, wellbeing, change management, and people analytics to drive organizational effectiveness and engagement.

Support asset-based finance platform by managing investment onboarding, Security Master and data governance, maintaining portfolio data across Lakehouse/Allvue/Oxane, producing performance and investor reporting, building financial models and analyses, and driving automation, process improvements and cross-functional reporting initiatives.

Lead and manage teams in financial analysis and valuations, provide expert consulting services, and develop new business opportunities.
