Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:
Finance Systems Specialist (Junior or Specialist Level)
Type of Employment: Temporary position until 30.04.2027
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor and maintain financial data and systems.
- Identify and correct errors to ensure accurate and successful data processing.
- Troubleshoot ERP and related system issues, identify root causes, and work with other departments to implement effective solutions.
- Participate in projects involving Finance system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements.
- Support the identification, analysis, and implementation of business requirements in Finance systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external IT vendors to ensure effective system support and development.
- Support the development of employees' knowledge and competencies in the use of Finance systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (students are welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in accounting or at the intersection of Finance and IT is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe and America.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
- Precise, analytical, organized, and stress-resistant personality.
- A self-motivated, positive, customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team-player mindset.
