The Junior Site Accountant at Nawy Real Estate plays a supportive role in managing financial transactions and accounting operations at construction sites. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting the Site Accountant with day-to-day financial activities, processing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Junior Site Accountant will gain valuable experience in construction accounting and contribute to the overall financial management of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for site operations, including procurement and project expenditures.
- Support the preparation and processing of invoices for vendors and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Help monitor project budgets by tracking expenses and comparing them to approved budgets.
- Collaborate with the Site Accountant and project teams to provide necessary financial documentation and reports.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
- Prepare routine financial reports and assist in the audit process by providing relevant data.
- Follow established financial procedures and contribute to the enhancement of accounting processes.
- Provide support in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
