What we are looking for
We are seeking a data-driven and forward-thinking SEO Specialist to join our Global Website Team. You will be responsible for executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth across our global digital footprint. This is not a traditional "content-only" SEO role. We are looking for a candidate who bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, with a specific focus on the evolving landscape of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Agentic AI. You will be part of a high-impact global team where your technical input directly shapes our digital roadmap. We value innovation and provide the space to experiment with the latest AI-driven search technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical SEO & Developer Collaboration: Conduct audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals) and define technical requirements for developers (schema, redirects, JS rendering) via actionable tickets.
- AI & GEO: Implement strategies for visibility within the Agentic AI ecosystem (e.g., SearchGPT, Perplexity) and ensure website content is "LLM-friendly."
- Analysis and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversions). Communicate SEO wins and challenges to stakeholders within the global team.
What you’ll need
- Master degree
- 2/3 years of professional experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian is a nice to have.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog). Adobe Marketing Cloud knowledge is a pro.
- Ability to explain complex technical SEO concepts to non-technical team members and developers.
- Experience working within a global/multilingual website environment.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the Agentic AI ecosystem and how Generative AI is reshaping traditional search.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and how search engines crawl/render JavaScript.
- A proactive mindset—constantly testing new search trends and AI tools.
